I'm using the Netflix app on my Windows 10 from the store , and I can get into the app, click on an episode to watch, but when it loads, it gives me an error message. There is a problem witht his system's configuration that prevents Windows from playing protected video. Step In the drop-down menu under Choose an app to set preference , select Microsoft Store app. Step In the second drop-down menu, select Netflix. Step Select Add. Step Once the Netflix app section appears, click on Options. Step Select High performance and click Save. This may lead to increased data usage as you will be getting better video quality.
